Any of the following circumstances might lead to delivery failures:
You have missed calls from the courier multiple times.
The contact number you left is wrong or invalid
The shipping address you left is wrong or invalid.
If your delivery failed due to any of the following above, please contact us as soon as possible info@thepresplay.com with the correct contact number, address and the time available for re-delivery. A delay also may occur due to certain causes out of our control, such as a flight being canceled.
All Sales Are Final. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and enters production, it is being made exclusively for that order, making returns or exchanges unavailable.
Exceptions for Printing Issues or Major Defects:
If you receive an item that has a printing issue or a significant defect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
How to Report an Issue:
To report a problem, please contact us at info@thepresplay.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, including photographs of the product defect.
